IBER Consultancy Services
Here at IBER we offer a complete energy rating and consultancy service for all domestic and commercial buildings.
We carry out BER assessments on old and new dwellings and commercial properties for the purpose of offering for sale, rental or for new build certification, as required by law.
IBER has the most modern technology developed, known as Thermal Imaging and Air Tightness Testing, which are used to assess buildings for missing insulation and for finding draught problems respectively.
New Builds – we carry out Self Build BER Plans, which are required for all new houses. This will list the insulation, heating, lighting, window and doors specification required to pass new strict building regulations. It also consists of an additional specification specific to your requirements, showing running costs and pay back periods of various building elements, such as heating systems and wall insulation systems etc.
We promote the use of renewable energy sources, emphasise on achieving value for money for our customers and take a friendly approach.
We have first hand knowledge of renewable systems such as solar, wood pellet and geothermal heat pumps and can assist with appropriate equipment sizing.
